The Taranto area, in the Apulia region, Italy, started to develop its own extreme metal scene in 1989 with the forerunners FUNERAL ORATION, soon followed by GORY BLISTER and HIGH SPEED DEATH, the latter featuring Raff Sangiorgio and Rodolfo Russo, key figures of the uprising scene. H.S.D. played relentless thrash/death metal in the vein of early SEPULTURA and this is their only demo originally released in 1991. Mastered at Toxic Basement Studio.
