SURGERY is a death metal band formed and active in Poprad in the northeastern Slovakia. Their death metal is simple and catchy. It’s build with solid skill and rich sense. They are gradually strengthening its presence not only in Slovakia but also in the European underground scene. In addition, their powerful and strong live performances have a great reputation. And this year marks their 21st year of activity, and they will release their long awaited third album "Living Dead" for the first time in five years! This is a masterpiece that conveys the goodness of death metal in a more catchy and direct way, while maintaining their characteristic old school death metal style.
